Refunds and Returns

Purchases are refundable within 5 days of your receipt less any shipping and handling fees. Email your refund request with carrier shipment number to: support@battisefashions.com to establish the date of record and we will provide information on how to return the garment. Goods are strictly inspected upon arrival and must be returned in their original condition, which is meant, absent of any signs of wear or damage and with all tags in place for warranty to be in effect.  Refunds are credited or mailed within 5 business days of receipt.

Shipping

United Parcel Service of America, Inc., (UPS) Ground is our primary mode of shipment.  Packages shipped UPS Ground normally take 5 to 7 days in the U.S.  A flat shipping and handling fee of $5.00 is accessed to each order regardless of dollar value.

You may contact us to arrange an overnight or other expedited shipping rate. Our standard mode of shipping is UPS Ground.  International shipments will be handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless an alternate carrier is agreed upon.
